Treating patients with reduced facial length has always involved uncomfortable adaptations: trimming the rod, filling the chin cup with cotton, losing stability. The Morales Mini Mask was specifically created to eliminate those clinical compromises.

Who is it indicated for?

Designed by Dr. Fernando Morales at the request of pediatric dentists and orthodontists, it is indicated for young children with:

• Facial length (forehead–chin) of 9.5 to 12.5 cm
• Maxillary hypoplasia in primary and early mixed dentition
• Diagnosis of skeletal Class III requiring maxillary protraction

Clinical Indication

Auxiliary orthopedic appliance for maxillary protraction in Class III patients. Its use is individual, under the responsibility and supervision of the specialist dentist.

• Overextended anatomical design — adapts without the need to trim the central rod
• Integrated cotton padding — greater comfort and better patient cooperation
• Wide coverage chin cup — reduces pressure areas on soft tissues and minimizes periodontal risk
• Compatible for use as a fixed mask (constant traction without opening/closing)
